SMA Parents Night Out!
Our SMA Parents Night Out gives parents/guardians an opportunity to reconnect with another. Parents Night Out is an opportunity to give parents/guardians time away, while giving their child a safe and fun experience.
WHERE: At our Stellar Martial Arts school. We welcome all children and students 5 yrs and older. Parents Night Out is supervised by our very own SMA staff. Children will be empowered as we instill confidence, improve focus, social skills and promote teamwork through a variety of activities.

• Movie & Popcorn
• Taekwondo FUN!
• And so much MORE!

WHEN: One Friday a month, typically lasting from 8pm till midnight. Parents/guardians do not miss out on this great opportunity. So check out our schedule for the next Parents Night Out.
NEW YEAR’S EVE: We will be hosting our Annual Parents Night Out Taekwondo style. This event is a sleep over at the dojang from 8pm New Year’s Eve till 10am New Year’s Day.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Sleeping bag/blanket and pillow (optional)
• Toothbrush and toothpaste (optional)
• Pajamas (optional)
• Change of Clothes (optional)
• Sparring Equipment (If you own it.)
• Stuffed Animal or Doll (If it is their time.)
