Daniel Kilburn
• 1958 Master Daniel Kilburn was born in Pontiac, Michigan.
• More than 35 years of teaching experience.
• First began studying Okinowan, Ishinryu style Karate at age fifteen.
• Later studied Taekwondo under Grandmaster Jin Won Kim earning the rank of 2nd Dan in traditional style Taekwondo; Tang Soo Do & Moo Duk Kwan style.
• 1993 continued studying Taekwondo and Hapkido under GMs' Whan Ki Choi and younger brother GM Jung Ki Choi.
• 2013 awarded 5th Dan Black belt in Taekwondo thru the Kukkiwon & (WTF) World Taekwondo Federation located in Seoul, S. Korea under 9th Dan GM Jung Ki Choi.
• 2013 awarded the rank of 4th Dan with (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation under the Jung Sool Kwan (Master Fabian Duque).
• 2013 Jung Sool Kwan becomes a registered Kwan with (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation under GM Fabian Duque.
• 2013 successfully completed and passed (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation, KHF Masters Certification Course in Gyeungju, S. Korea.
• 2014 successfully completed and passed (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation, KHF Masters Certification Course in Bogota, Colombia.
• 2016 successfully completed and passed (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation, KHF Masters Certification Course in Cali, Colombia.
• 2017 March (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation, officially recognized Choong Sung Kwan as a Kwan of the (KHF).
• 2017 successfully completed and passed (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation, KHF Masters Certification Course in Bogota, Colombia.
• 2017 awarded the rank of 5th Dan with (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation under the Jung Sool Kwan (Master Fabian Duque) in Bogota, Colombia.
• 2018 awarded 6th Dan Black belt in Taekwondo thru the Kukkiwon & World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) located in Seoul, S. Korea under 9th Dan, Grandmaster Hung Ki Kim.
• 2022 awarded 6th Dan Black Belt in Hapkido thru (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation under GM Fabian Duque and GM Bae Sung Book - Secretary General (KHF)
• 2022 renewed our official Hapkido Choong Sung Kwan registration with the (KHF) The Korea Hapkido Federation.
• 2022 passed Kukkiwon International Master Certification 3rd class in Chicago, Illinois. Officiated by the Kukkiwon and hosted by WTMU under 9th Dan, Grandmaster Hung Ki Kim.
• 2022 passed Kukkiwon Poom and Dan Examiner Course 2nd Class in Chicago, Illinois. Officiated by the Kukkiwon and hosted by WTMU under 9th Dan, Grandmaster Hung Ki Kim.
